I planned, developed and implemented student bursary programs for students from selected Quebec regions who were pursuing post-secondary studies in the area of health and social services. My responsibilities included processing funding applications and advising students, staff, faculty and project partners made up of McGill professional schools, educational institutions, healthcare and community networks. I maintained the project website, administered unit accounts, prepared contracts, drafted progress reports including financial reports, tracked expenditures and budgets. I also developed policies and procedures that significantly improved document control and workflow efficiency.

I served as a liaison (between consultants, participants and attendees), handled logistics and wrote post-conference reports.

I worked as a full-time consultant for the companies’ Canadian Radiopharmacy Network Operations, which specialized in manufacturing and distributing cardiovascular imaging products for therapeutic and diagnostic purposes. I collaborated in the training of over 70 employees at 6 nation-wide sites including Site Managers and personnel at distribution centres, manufacturing sites, customer services and IT departments. I wrote policies and procedures (SOPs), training manuals and investigative reports for the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Assurance Group, in compliance with Health Canada, Transport Canada and Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) standards and guidelines. I prepared license applications for governmental regulatory agencies, designed the archiving system (print and online repositories), implemented security controls, disaster recovery and audit trails for the National Documentation Center. I also served as a chief liaison for International Radiopharmacy Network (IRN) projects involving US, Canadian, Puerto Rican and Australian manufacturing sites and distribution centres.
